In 1980, following the birth of her twins, Charmian had a Near Death
Experience which totally changed her life as her Soul returned to the Source
with Master Jesus and the Angels. After that experience, she found that she
had spontaneously developed both psychic and healing abilities. Since that time,
her focus has been on facilitating the journeys of others through the veils to
experience themselves as "Divine Essence" and to anchor that energy into the
physical body. Charmian works on many planes and dimensions, using hypnotherapy
techniques to heal the past and activate codes for the future.
Charmian is a certified hypnotherapist who uses guided imagery to access the soul and to unlock its calling.
She works with all levels of being - physical, mental, emotional and spiritual. Her work takes clients to a place
within themselves where they can experience themselves as pure soul. In this place, each client can view their own
obstacles, belief systems and thought patterns and be brought to a new level of awareness and inner knowing.
All the answers are within, so a client can choose to focus on any area of their life such as relationships, financial
prosperity, health, physical pain, healing of the inner child or soul retrieval.

Past Life Regression
Many of the challenges which seem to overwhelm us in this life have their origin in a memory which
was carried forward from a previous life. We use guided imagery to return to the original
karmic cause of the presenting problem and retrieve the wounded aspect which is then re-integrated

Soul Contract Revision
In the time between lives, we meet with the soul family for our chosen purpose in the next life to decide
what our soul lessons will be and what part each member will play in that life. Charmian uses guided imagery
to discover those contracts with the significant people in our lives to see if those contracts
need to be re-written and to gain a global perspective of your soul mission.

Emotional Clearing
Behind all apparent disease, issues, pain and dysfunction lies a cause which is hidden in our core
beliefs. Many times we do not even know what our core beliefs are. They are the result of a conditioning
from the past and they manifest themselves as dysfunctional behaviors, self-sabotage, financial problems, eating
disorders, disease, etc. The body remembers every single trauma it has experienced since conception and
the responses to those negative memories put in place programs which cause problems in adult life.
A response as a five year old to an angry adult might be to stay quiet, don't argue, don't defend yourself for
fear of punishment. As an adult, this program invites dysfunctional relationships in every area of life until
it is removed by hypnotic re-patterning. We work from the context of wholeness to re-integrate the parts
of the self that have been still operating from the initial response to the original trauma. These
traumatic memories are stored at a cellular level where they condition our core belief system about the
world we live in. What we believe, we receive.

Charmian combines energy work with intuitive massage to discover where old programs are stored
in the body and to release the blocked energy. Using guided imagery and healing touch, Charmian
works with Angels and Master guides to release blocked energy.

Sacred Union
One of Charmian's purposes in this lifetime is to assist twin-flame partners to re-connect. When a Soul
is born from the Source, it immediately divides into two aspects, one male and one female. All of our
lives, we long to be re-united with "the other half of our soul." It is time in the history of our
evolution for twin-flames to come together to assist Mother Earth at this time of her re-birth.
Charmian offers a workshop and/or individual sessions to uncover the memories from the past which are preventing
us from connecting with our deep soul partners at this time of transformation upon the earth. We have
completed the cycle of karmic relationships which have been the source of so much pain and dysfunction
in the relationship arena. It is time now to call in the Beloved of our Heart and Soul who we are

Hot Stone Massage
Charmian performs hot stone massage in conjunction with hypnotherapy and reiki, or alone
for healing, rejuvenation.
Childbirthing : Doula
Charmian is a Doula certified with DONA (Doula's of North America). She combines her skill
and knowledge of massage and hypnosis to lovingly guide both parents-to-be through the birthing
process. She uses guided imagery and breathing techniques to assist the mother to flow easily and smoothly through each
contraction, floating through pain. She has been in this field for 11 years supporting birth parents in hospital or home birth
settings. She always maintains a calm, loving, supportive presence which mothers experience as soothing
and comforting.

Childbirthing : Hypnobabies Instructor
'No drugs for baby. No pain for mommy.' The Hypnobabies program is a form of childbirth
preparation that uses real medical hypnosis to eliminate pain and fear from the childbirth experience.
Our moms and their partners use CD's, hypnosis scripts, books and fear clearing sessions to prepare for a peaceful,
natural birth with little or no pain. It is an excellent and highly successful program which follows
Gerald Kein's painless childbirth program. Approximately 70% of students have pain-free deliveries.
Our hypnomoms are awake and aware during labor and birth, entering instantly into hypnosis during their
contractions and remaining calm, quiet and relaxed throughout most of their labor. In the class, we cover all
aspects of labor, and birth, complications, nutrition, exercise, hospital procedures and birth plans.
Charmian is a certified Hypnobabies instructor offering classes to prepare for a hypnosis birth. She is also a
certified doula for assistance at birth.
